How Do Unique Bids Work?
Unique Bids places brand new products/services on auction with the
following simple rules:
|
1) | All items currently listed on Unique Bids are brand new, and
shipped to winners within the country, free of charge (unless otherwise indicated), directly from major retailers (e.g. Circuit City).
| |
2) | There is a Maximum Bid amount on each auction.
Nobody will be able to bid above this amount.
| |
3) | There is an Allowed Bids limit. This is the maximum number of bids accepted for each auction. When this limit is reached, the auction closes immediately, and the winner is determined.
| |
4) | A minimal Fair Game Fee is appended to each bid.
This discourages excessive bidding by any individual, which helps to maintain the equal-opportunity bidding environment
that our members enjoy.
| |
5) | Whilst the auction is open, all bids are kept secret.
| |
6) | Once the auction closes, the bidder with the highest unique bid is declared the auction winner, and becomes eligible to
purchase the product/service at their bid amount.
|
In a Unique Bids Auction with
